Accora is seeking a Product Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in the Galway/South Connacht region. You will ensure clients receive the best possible products and value through expert assessments and demonstrations, while upholding our company's core values of insight, determination, and integrity.
What You'll Do
- Conduct seating assessments in client homes, care facilities, and hospitals using assessment chairs, including bariatric chairs, and beds.
- Assist colleagues with the delivery and installation of chairs and beds as required.
- Perform product demonstrations and training presentations for groups of healthcare prescribers.
- Manage your diary proactively to ensure all necessary parts are available for scheduled jobs.
- Complete all required administrative tasks efficiently.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service to every client.
- Support sales team activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Help develop new business areas, both geographically and for new products.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, focusing on key contacts.
- Participate in product development initiatives.
- Attend regular video conferences with head office.
- Attend face-to-face meetings at head office approximately every six months.
- Retain and maintain all demonstration equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all relevant quality and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Maintain excellent personal appearance and hygiene.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to Sales Managers and work as the face of Accora within your local territory, collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
Work Mode
This is a local, field-based role requiring travel across the Galway/South Connacht region in Ireland for client visits, demonstrations, and assessments.
