Contribute to the development of the local product strategy (models, versions, engines, equipment)
Configure and manage the product portfolio in line with headquarters’ guidelines and local market needs
Develop local product specifications and pricing policy
Plan and execute local product launches in cooperation with PR, sales, and marketing teams
Translate and adapt product and communication materials provided by headquarters
Prepare product documentation and training materials
Organize and deliver product trainings for dealer sales teams
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Conduct benchmarking of competitor models (equipment, pricing, market strategies)
Maintain regular communication with headquarters regarding product specifications, orders, and product policy
Participate in regional product and strategic meetings
Analyze demand and plan availability of models, versions, and configurations (including colors)
Provide product expertise to support marketing campaigns and PR activities
Support local events (e.g., product launches, trade fairs, test drives, fleet days)
Prepare reports and analyses related to vehicle homologation and registration
YOU NEED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in product, marketing, or sales within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of the automotive market, model segmentation, competitors, and customer preferences
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and sales data
Fluent English (regular interaction with headquarters)
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
Driving license (Category B)
Willingness to travel for business purposes
