Drive innovation in clinical diagnostics by leading the sales and deployment of advanced Clinical IT solutions. In this role, you’ll engage directly with healthcare providers and laboratory teams to understand their operational challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve workflow, data integration, and diagnostic accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate customer requirements through in-depth discussions with clinical and IT stakeholders.
- Deliver targeted product demonstrations that highlight technical capabilities and measurable benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including support, professional services, and product development—to ensure smooth project execution from initial contact through post-implementation.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory shifts, and competitive offerings to shape strategic positioning.
- Resolve implementation challenges quickly, keeping projects on track and aligned with customer expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in Clinical IT platforms, including laboratory middleware and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Provide ongoing customer engagement to foster satisfaction and support long-term adoption.
- Share insights and suggestions for product enhancements based on field experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience selling or supporting IT solutions in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) space, particularly lab middleware or LIS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and consultative communication.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel 50%–70% of the time, primarily within Italy, with flexibility for non-standard hours when needed.
