ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyze and organize requirements into epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria - Lead refinement sessions and collaborate with Business Analysts to prioritize backlogs - Coordinate with external teams to establish timelines and identify potential risks - Collaborate with scrum team to maximize project velocity - Engage internal and external stakeholders to align priorities with product goals - Document meeting minutes and key decisions for stakeholder distribution - Maintain continuous communication with customers and project subject matter experts - Contribute to project documentation and support Program Interval planning - Ensure product delivery by tracking epics and stories to completion - Identify process enhancement opportunities addressing customer pain points - Trace customer requirements from inception through delivery - Assist with user acceptance testing and create requirement documents - Translate technical details into clear, actionable stories - Build relationships across stakeholder groups - Gather and analyze data to understand business opportunities - Evaluate potential risks and recommend resolutions - Support development team with ongoing solution maintenance - Serve as primary point of contact for clients and external teams REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Experience facilitating Agile ceremony sessions - Proficiency in creating detailed reports for technical and non-technical audiences - Expertise in requirement management tools - Outstanding leadership capabilities - Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance - Minimum 3-year US residency requirement PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: - CMS project experience - Agile certification - Product management best practices knowledge EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree or higher - 7+ years Business Analyst/Product Owner experience in Agile environments WHAT WE OFFER: We understand that exceptional professionals thrive in supportive, inspiring environments.
