As a Product Owner, you will lead a key segment of a cloud-based Property Management System, guiding its strategic direction and evolution. Your role centers on transforming customer pain points and market demands into actionable product initiatives, ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of innovation in real estate operations.
What You’ll Do
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for your domain
- Turn user needs and business objectives into well-structured features, enhancements, and user stories
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and business value
- Partner closely with development teams throughout Agile ceremonies, from planning to review and reflection
- Engage with stakeholders across sales, operations, clients, and partners to gather insights and validate solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain product leadership
- Serve as a go-to expert on the product, both internally and when supporting client-facing teams
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and product innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in product ownership, management, or business analysis within a software environment
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- A curious, proactive attitude with a drive to solve complex problems
- Comfort working in Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Technical fluency—especially with Salesforce, SaaS platforms, or automation tools—is highly valued
- Familiarity with AI applications in product development is a distinct advantage
- Experience in real estate or property management systems is beneficial but not required
