Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the squad backlog for User Management, Authentication, and Privacy, ensuring alignment with the broader product roadmap.
- Translate complex problems into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for Engineering and QA.
- Partner with Engineering leads to scope work, sequence increments, and balance new features with technical debt.
- Define success metrics and review product analytics to understand how admins and learners interact with your features.
- Track error rates and response times to address regressions, incidents, and performance hotspots in your domain.
- Triage issues for Support and internal teams, clarifying behavior and translating recurring problems into backlog items.
- Coordinate documentation, enablement, and incremental rollout plans with Group Product Managers and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in problem framing and validate assumptions via prototypes and targeted customer conversations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product, technical, or operations roles, specifically building or supporting digital products.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in LMS (Learning Management Systems)
