Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (a Danaher company) is hiring a Product Owner (US REMOTE)

Cytiva, a Danaher company, is hiring a Product Owner to develop the vision and roadmap for our product offerings, transforming high-level concepts into actionable, buildable requirements. This remote role is the critical link between marketing, sales, and creative teams and the development team, owning the backlog to maximize value delivery through Agile Scrum processes.

What You'll Do

• Build common language and alignment across stakeholders and the development team.
• Own the product roadmap, release plans, and detailed requirements from concept through delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable work by authoring user needs, epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the product roadmap and feature priorities.
• Refine backlog items to ensure user stories have detailed acceptance criteria and are 'ready' for development.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, with preferred study in computer science, business, project management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (certification preferred), Business Analyst, or in a software development role.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes and principles.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed Agile development teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicting priorities and emerging requests.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile software tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience with Web technology, APIs, and content management software like Sitecore.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP & CRM or Salesforce CRM.
