Responsibilities
- Work closely across FedNow, RTP, and ACH product lines, collaborating with senior analysts and product managers to enable end-to-end payments solution delivery.
- Support the development and launch of upcoming products, including a Zelle gateway, by partnering with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across the US to convert product strategy into clear, actionable development requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the complete US payments product portfolio, providing clear guidance to internal and external parties.
- Quickly assess the effects of product updates and enhancements, shaping and documenting requirements to drive ongoing improvements.
- Take full responsibility for key team tasks such as writing user stories, setting acceptance criteria, defining functional and non-functional specifications, and data analysis.
- Build a strong understanding of the broader US product offerings and underlying platform architecture to guide prioritization and strategic decisions.

- Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing data.
