About the Role

The role involves owning the product vision and roadmap for care technology services, working closely with development teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver high-value digital solutions in the health and social care domain.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product backlogs based on user needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver product increments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions
  • Ensure alignment between development progress and strategic goals
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement
  • Represent the product in stakeholder meetings and demos
  • Manage dependencies across teams and projects
  • Support agile ceremonies including reviews and retrospectives
  • Communicate roadmap updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Balance customer demands with technical feasibility
  • Drive user-centric design and usability improvements
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Work with UX designers to validate interface concepts
