Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategic direction for a software platform specializing in nodal analysis and transmission planning.
- Support use cases related to transmission system adequacy through product planning and development.
- Address generation siting and integration challenges within the transmission planning framework.
- Ensure reliable assessment of generation deliverability through advanced modeling tools.
- Enable financial transmission rights and congestion analysis capabilities in the platform.
- Lead the long-term success and vision for transmission planning solutions across the product suite.
- Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with organizational objectives, including a clear roadmap with defined milestones.
- Identify emerging customer needs, validate them, and incorporate insights into product planning.
- Create detailed product requirements, including problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, technical writing, and other teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Engage with customers, sales, solution engineers, and internal stakeholders to align products with market demands.
- Partner with Product Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch initiatives, serving as the solution advocate.
