We are looking for a Product Owner - Telecomunicaciones to lead the evolution of innovative digital products from concept to launch, managing the entire product lifecycle with a strategic, user-centered focus.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap and lead its execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with design, development, and customer support teams to deliver functional and valuable SaaS solutions.
- Conduct user research to discover and define new product features.
- Write clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Work under agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprints) ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.
- Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of implemented features.
- Prioritize product improvements based on continuous feedback from users and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS products.
- Previous experience in telecommunications sector projects (required).
- Technical knowledge and experience working closely with development teams.
- Mastery of all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Notion, Monday, and Miro.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with a collaborative focus.
- Analytical skills and experience with data tools like MySQL, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Scrum or Agile (e.g., SFPC by CertiProf).
- Experience in user-centered methodologies (Design Thinking, Design Sprints).
- Experience in customer-centric product discovery and design processes.
