We are looking for a Product Owner - Telecomunicaciones to lead the evolution of innovative digital products from concept to launch, managing the entire product lifecycle with a strategic, user-centered focus.

What You'll Do

Own the product roadmap and lead its execution from start to finish.
Collaborate with design, development, and customer support teams to deliver functional and valuable SaaS solutions.
Conduct user research to discover and define new product features.
Write clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Work under agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprints) ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.
Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of implemented features.
Prioritize product improvements based on continuous feedback from users and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS products.
Previous experience in telecommunications sector projects (required).
Technical knowledge and experience working closely with development teams.
Mastery of all stages of the product lifecycle.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Notion, Monday, and Miro.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with a collaborative focus.
Analytical skills and experience with data tools like MySQL, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Nice to Have

Certifications in Scrum or Agile (e.g., SFPC by CertiProf).
Experience in user-centered methodologies (Design Thinking, Design Sprints).
Experience in customer-centric product discovery and design processes.
