Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner to guide the vision, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of valuable solutions using Lean-Agile principles. In this remote role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and analytics teams to translate complex requirements into actionable products.
What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple products, clarifying requirements, defining MVPs, and developing roadmaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, requirements, and success metrics.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable work items for developers and testers.
- Demonstrate product functionality and progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters to ensure execution aligns with product scope and objectives.
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve product outcomes.
- Align technical execution with business priorities and organizational strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years managing product requirements and backlogs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodology and Lean-Agile principles.
- Proven ability to break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., with eligibility for federal Public Trust clearance.

- Experience with government agencies, particularly CMS.
