Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner to guide the vision, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of valuable solutions using Lean-Agile principles. In this remote role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and analytics teams to translate complex requirements into actionable products.

What You'll Do

Manage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple products, clarifying requirements, defining MVPs, and developing roadmaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, requirements, and success metrics.
Translate complex requirements into actionable work items for developers and testers.
Demonstrate product functionality and progress to stakeholders regularly.
Work closely with Scrum Masters to ensure execution aligns with product scope and objectives.
Collect and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve product outcomes.
Align technical execution with business priorities and organizational strategy.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years managing product requirements and backlogs.
Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodology and Lean-Agile principles.
Proven ability to break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., with eligibility for federal Public Trust clearance.
