BnBerry is hiring a Product Manager - Hospitality Tech to shape the future of the industry through autonomous AI. This is a 0–1 product discovery role where you will spend most of your time figuring out what to build through rapid experimentation, not executing a pre-defined roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Discover what hoteliers actually trust AI to handle and where the technology currently fails.
- Build autonomous systems that earn trust in high-stakes, real-world situations.
- Define what autonomous AI means and looks like within the hospitality industry.
- Lead impactful product launches from concept to market.
- Turn potential 4-month projects into 4-week wins through focused discovery.
What We're Looking For
- Expert in product discovery methodologies: rapid experimentation, customer interviews, assumption testing, MVP validation, and learning from failures.
- Proven track record of shipping 0–1 products through strong discovery processes.
- Solid understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, agent architectures).
- A strong bias toward action: ship fast, learn from real usage, and iterate.
- Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative user and market research.
Nice to Have
- Experience building agentic AI products (systems that take autonomous actions).
- Direct experience in the hospitality industry.
