Desjardins Group is looking for a Product Owner to represent the voice of the client in strategic, complex, and innovative projects. You will be responsible for the member and client experience, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver expected business benefits.
What You'll Do
- Establish the product backlog for projects, mandates, and development activities significant to the business and Desjardins Group.
- Advise and assist clients and partners with positioning, planning, development, performance, and follow-up of strategic mandates.
- Oversee the development and updating of policies, standards, models, and programs to support the unit's strategic projects.
- Identify and analyze problems, raise major issues, develop diagnostics, and make recommendations to decision-making bodies.
- Coach other product owners.
- Represent the unit in dealings with senior management committees and decision-making bodies.
- Represent Desjardins when negotiating and committing to agreements with partners and external organizations.
- Manage relationships with the project's various stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing and recommending strategic orientations and business positioning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Communicates effectively.
