- Ensure alignment between roadmap goals and customer expectations
- Track feature adoption and user feedback post-release
- Support QA teams with test case validation
- Communicate progress updates to leadership
- Manage dependencies across multiple technical teams
- Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes
- Evaluate third-party billing tools and integrations
- Document product decisions and feature specifications
- Assist in defining service level agreements for billing systems
- Participate in incident reviews related to billing errors
- Maintain visibility into system uptime and data integrity
