About the Role
Own the end-to-end development of driver-facing tools and workflows. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to identify pain points, define requirements, and launch improvements that directly impact performance and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for driver experience initiatives
- Gather insights from user research, data analysis, and frontline feedback
- Translate user needs into clear product requirements and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions
- Work closely with UX designers to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess feature effectiveness
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand on-the-ground challenges
- Communicate progress and trade-offs to stakeholders across departments
- Identify opportunities to reduce friction in driver workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to validate product changes
- Integrate feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Drive adoption through clear documentation and training materials
- Partner with data science to build dashboards and reporting tools
- Evaluate third-party tools and vendor solutions when applicable
- Maintain backlog clarity and roadmap transparency
- Advocate for driver needs in cross-functional forums
- Balance short-term fixes with long-term platform health
