Responsibilities
- Master the Backlog: Own and prioritize the squad backlog for Course Management, Learning Plans, and Certifications to ensure total alignment with the product roadmap.
- Architect the Requirements: Translate complex problems into clear user stories and functional specifications that are easy for Engineering and QA to validate.
- Drive Predictable Delivery: Partner with Engineering leads to scope work and balance new features with technical debt to ensure commitments are realistic and visible.
- Optimize Feature Adoption: Define success metrics and monitor product analytics to understand how admins and learners interact with your domain.
- Safeguard Platform Reliability: Track error rates and response times to address regressions, incidents, and performance hotspots in your owned area.
- Serve as Technical Lead: Act as the first-line product contact for internal teams, triaging issues and translating recurring problems into backlog work.
- Orchestrate Release Readiness: Coordinate with cross-functional partners on documentation, enablement, and incremental rollout plans for all domain changes.
- Fuel Product Discovery: Participate in problem framing and validate assumptions via prototypes, experiments, and targeted customer conversations.
Requirements
- SaaS Product Experience: You bring 4+ years of experience in product-related or technical roles, with direct exposure to building or supporting digital products.
Nice to Have
- LMS (Learning Management Systems) is considered a plus.
