Legal & General is looking for a Product Owner to join our Workplace Savings team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our digital experiences to improve customer outcomes. You’ll enhance the customer-facing digital tools that help people make confident, informed financial decisions.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision and backlog to align with strategic priorities.
- Shape and deliver customer-centric digital journeys that support better decision-making.
- Partner with technology, digital, insights, and marketing teams to enable data-driven solutions.
- Establish and track KPIs to assess the performance and commercial impact of digital features.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure user stories and sprint goals are clearly understood.
- Manage smooth transitions from delivery to BAU teams and support continuous optimisation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities through insight and research.
- Ensure all communications and journeys support good customer outcomes under Consumer Duty.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a Product Owner or within an agile delivery team.
- Strong understanding of digital journey design and multi-channel customer experiences.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence effectively in a matrix environment.
- Knowledge of UX principles and how to use customer insight to inform design.
- Commercial awareness with experience building business cases and articulating value.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CDPs, or CRM integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
