Smart Apartment Data is hiring a Product Onboarding Specialist to ensure new enterprise clients successfully adopt our software. You will be the primary guide for clients during their initial training, using live virtual sessions to build their confidence and independence.
What You'll Do
- Lead structured, live onboarding sessions for clients via Zoom.
- Deliver clear and engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs.
- Guide clients step-by-step through essential software workflows and features.
- Provide thoughtful and accurate responses to client questions during sessions.
- Maintain a professional and structured presence throughout all client interactions.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in software training, customer onboarding, or support, OR experience teaching, facilitating, or leading structured sessions for professional/adult audiences.
- Professional English communication skills suitable for client-facing presentations.
- Proven ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
- Comfort and confidence leading live virtual training sessions.
- A reliable remote work setup with stable internet and a professional environment.
Nice to Have
- Direct background in software training or customer onboarding.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and explain it effectively to others.
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience handling high-value or demanding customer accounts.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200 per month.
- 100% Remote, location independent work.
