Boosters is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth for Reprism, an AI assistant built for deep academic work and scientific research creation. Your primary goal will be to create and optimize web funnels for user acquisition and develop new strategies to increase conversions to purchase.
What You'll Do
- Generate and test ideas and hypotheses for the web funnels used to attract users to the product.
- Implement ideas end-to-end, from concept to ready flows, by managing tasks for designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct and analyze results of A/B tests on web funnels to increase subscription conversion and user ARPS.
- Continuously analyze web funnels and competitor products to identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform deep analytics on conversion drivers within the funnel and assess the effectiveness of the pricing strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with all process participants, from product to analytics.
- Conduct user interviews to uncover new growth points.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or product marketing management.
- Experience working with analytical tools like Amplitude or Tableau: analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and building hypotheses.
- Experience analyzing products and/or competitor marketing strategies.
- A data-driven approach to work, making decisions based on tests and quality data.
- Skills in creating effective presentations and advertising creatives capable of achieving set goals.
- High level of task prioritization and time management skills.
- English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
