Flock Safety is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and storytelling for one of its core product lines. In this role, you will define how products show up in the market, lead launches that drive adoption and revenue, and help customers understand how the technology solves real public safety challenges. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue, serving as connective tissue to ensure fast, coordinated go-to-market efforts.
What You'll Do
- Define how products show up in the market and lead launches that drive adoption and revenue.
- Help customers—from city agencies to private businesses—understand how technology solves real public safety challenges.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
- Ensure go-to-market efforts are fast, coordinated, and backed by clear customer understanding.
- Bring clarity, alignment, and storytelling excellence to a critical part of the portfolio.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across Sales, Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support.
- Audit existing demos, enablement content, and compliance communications.
- Define key investigation workflows that will anchor new demo stories.
- Produce high-quality demo materials and short, outcome-driven videos that bring real customer workflows to life.
- Develop new demo scripts, battlecards, talk tracks, and objection handling sheets.
- Stand up a searchable software asset library with an ongoing update process.
- Pilot new materials with select Sales and Success teams to collect early feedback.
- Launch new demo and enablement assets across all field teams.
- Execute feature sunset, rollout, and compliance communications plan.
- Establish a repeatable PMM operating rhythm for feedback, measurement, and iteration.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Communications, or Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
- Proven success launching and scaling products that balance technical depth with narrative clarity.
- A track record as a trusted sales partner—knowing what field teams need and delivering it fast.
- Strong storytelling skills that translate complex, policy-heavy, or technical capabilities into simple, high-impact narratives.
- Deep curiosity and analytical instincts, using data, interviews, and trends to inform GTM strategy.
- A mindset that favors clarity, collaboration, and action—comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving alignment across teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in SaaS or a complex, regulated industry such as public safety, healthcare, defense, or finance.
