Responsibilities
- Develop clear and persuasive positioning and messaging for the company's core platform and specialized modules, designed specifically for research and development leaders and technical decision-makers.
- Assist in planning and producing campaign content, including webinars and events, to support lead generation and demand creation.
- Design and help execute strategies for acquiring new leads, along with managing lifecycle marketing programs such as re-engagement, nurturing, win-back, and upsell initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end product launches and feature highlights, including planning, internal enablement, and external communication across digital and sales channels.
- Guide go-to-market strategy for new product releases, ensuring alignment across messaging, sales tools, and cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain detailed customer personas and use case frameworks to understand buyer motivations, challenges, and decision pathways across industries.
- Produce sales-ready materials including battlecards, product summaries, one-sheets, and solution narratives to support customer conversations.
- Lead competitive analysis and evaluate win/loss data to refine product positioning and inform strategic direction.
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to train representatives on product value, differentiation, use cases, and effective discovery techniques.
- Develop a range of product-centric marketing assets such as datasheets, demo scripts, comparison tools, videos, and presentation decks.
