Responsibilities
- Develop and update sales support resources including pitch decks, competitive guides, product summaries, demo scripts, and responses to common objections.
- Conduct ongoing training for sales teams on product messaging, differentiation from competitors, and demonstration techniques.
- Analyze customer-facing interactions to extract qualitative and quantitative feedback that shapes product positioning.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts by monitoring rival companies, updating battlecards, and sharing market trends.
- Establish and evolve messaging, positioning, and use case storytelling tailored to enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to manage website messaging, product launches, and external communications.
