Lyric is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help redefine how supply chains work. You will shape how the world sees Lyric, leading go-to-market plays, crafting resonant messaging, and providing critical tools to sales and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain a clear, compelling messaging framework that resonates with supply chain buyers.
- Bring clarity to our Ideal Customer Profile, priority personas, and buyer journey.
- Drive high-impact go-to-market campaigns with demand generation for key features, verticals, and segments.
- Play a central role in crafting narratives and driving coordinated rollout plans across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Deliver and maintain sales enablement tools like battlecards, objection-handling guides, and narratives.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on training needs, rollout plans, and usage metrics.
- Partner across teams to create blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and other assets that educate and drive demand.
- Bring forward customer voices through testimonials, case studies, and advocacy programs.
- Establish market and competitor intelligence rigor with a repeatable process for gathering insights.
- Maintain a strong pulse on key industry analysts and integrate research into Lyric storylines.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing and/or supply chain roles, with a strong pulse on how real-world supply chains run.
- Proven track record of successful messaging and marketing positioning.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach, with a passion for digging into market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Comfortable wearing many hats; experience leading product launches, analyst submissions, campaign development, and enablement initiatives.
- Previously built and scaled highly effective sales enablement programs and tooling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of supply chain solutions like inventory optimization, network design, demand forecasting, or supply planning.
- Experience working on platform-first products and/or category creation work.
- Experience working on products where data science, machine learning, or decision intelligence were central to the story.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 base cash compensation.
- Equity: Opportunity to receive equity in Lyric.
