Harness is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to craft the company's AI narrative across the platform. This cross-cutting role transforms fast-moving capabilities into a clear, consistent point of view, positioning Harness as an AI-forward leader in software delivery.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve the Harness AI platform narrative: messaging pillars, proof points, and 'why now' framing.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate platform capabilities into crisp market stories and launch strategies.
Work with peer PMMs to integrate AI advances in individual products into a larger narrative.
Bring market and customer insights back into roadmap and positioning discussions.
Lead GTM for key AI platform launches, from positioning to launch assets to internal enablement.
Create and maintain launch assets: solution briefs, presentations, blogs, campaign copy, videos, and demos.
Enable field teams with clear talk tracks and materials that help them win.
Produce high-quality thought leadership by interviewing engineering, product leaders, and executives.
Own the 'where we show up to talk AI' strategy for conferences and events.
Partner with corporate marketing to pitch and place AI narratives across channels.
Track AI market trends and competitive narratives and translate them into actionable guidance.
Use funnel, pipeline, and call analysis insights to measure and adjust messaging.

7+ years in product marketing or a relevant technical/strategic role.
Strong foundation in the software delivery lifecycle.
Exceptional writer and storyteller who can turn complex systems into crisp narratives.
Comfortable in ambiguity; able to create structure and momentum.

Highly collaborative with a track record of aligning many stakeholders.
