Transport for London (TfL) is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join Mottura Serrature di Sicurezza, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group. In this role, you will manage all Product Marketing Management activities for assigned mechanical categories, focusing on Go-To-Market activities, range positioning, and assortment management.
What You'll Do
- Control the product lifecycle, including understanding customer needs and behavior to identify product gaps, developing product strategy, managing product launches, and monitoring product performance.
- Develop and execute the product go-to-market strategy, conducting competitive benchmarking, defining product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure successful launches across traditional and digital channels.
- Analyze and optimize product assortment, understanding customer needs, competitor offerings, and channel dynamics to maximize brand sales and profitability, focusing on efficiency and range maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to bring products to market and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on product performance, monitoring key metrics such as sales, margins, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in multinational companies with a strong preference for mechanical contexts.
- Experience managing corporate functions through close collaboration and partnership.
- Deep knowledge of product marketing schemes, including the stage-gate approach.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Nice to Have
- Engineering or economics background.
- E-commerce experience.
