Juicebox is hiring a Product Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

  • Own and define how Juicebox shows up in the market, across product launches, core messaging, and competitive positioning
  • Shape the narrative for what Juicebox is building, why it matters, and how the company wins
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, from positioning and messaging to cross-functional coordination and execution
  • Build and own competitive positioning and messaging, including sales-distributed content, online presence, and ads
  • Partner closely with Sales to translate product capabilities into clear, effective sales narratives and collateral
  • Identify gaps in current messaging, audit what’s working vs. not, and build a clear roadmap to test and improve it
  • Establish structure and systems for product marketing in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or similar role
  • Strong instincts for positioning and messaging — ability to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
  • Experience working closely with product and sales teams, with a deep understanding of how messaging impacts revenue
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong judgment and prioritization — knowing what matters and how to focus on it
  • Based in San Francisco or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startups, B2B SaaS, or AI is a plus
