Responsibilities
- Own and define how Juicebox shows up in the market, across product launches, core messaging, and competitive positioning
- Shape the narrative for what Juicebox is building, why it matters, and how the company wins
- Lead end-to-end product launches, from positioning and messaging to cross-functional coordination and execution
- Build and own competitive positioning and messaging, including sales-distributed content, online presence, and ads
- Partner closely with Sales to translate product capabilities into clear, effective sales narratives and collateral
- Identify gaps in current messaging, audit what’s working vs. not, and build a clear roadmap to test and improve it
- Establish structure and systems for product marketing in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or similar role
- Strong instincts for positioning and messaging — ability to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
- Experience working closely with product and sales teams, with a deep understanding of how messaging impacts revenue
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong judgment and prioritization — knowing what matters and how to focus on it
- Based in San Francisco or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)
Nice to Have
- Experience in startups, B2B SaaS, or AI is a plus
