MedScout was looking for a Product Marketer

MedScout is hiring a Product Marketer to own go-to-market execution and product enablement. You'll define the strategy for communicating MedScout's value, develop a deep understanding of our target personas, and serve as the connective tissue across the Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the cadence of getting product updates to the sales team and customers.
  • Build and maintain tools for GTM teams, including decks, use case documentation, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Ensure customers understand new capabilities and how to get value from them.
  • Stay locked in with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Create content our audience cares about, such as use case stories, data analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Capture wins and turn them into usable assets for the team.
  • Contribute market and customer perspective to pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Serve as connective tissue across Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Focus on MedScout's core product areas for consistent enablement and GTM attention.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in vertical software at the mid-market or enterprise level.
  • Expertise in high release velocity and sales-led motions.
  • Product marketing fundamentals: translating features into value, building effective materials, enabling a sales team.
  • Strong synthesis ability: taking complex information and getting to the 'so-what' quickly.
  • High empathy and customer orientation.
  • Scrappy mindset: ability to build on your own, comfort with ambiguity, and moving fast without perfect information.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate the 'why' behind decisions and customer value.
  • Product feedback mindset: connecting market insight to product direction.

Nice to Have

  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience.

Team & Environment

This role sits on the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Market Strategy, and collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
