Responsibilities
- Convert customer business challenges into detailed product requirements, including PRDs, specifications, and development tickets
- Turn strategic vision into tangible product functionality that delivers real value
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to manage product initiatives from start to finish
- Serve as the main contact for collecting and addressing product feedback and requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer conversations to uncover pain points, usage patterns, and unmet needs
- Evaluate and sort incoming issues, distinguishing between bugs and feature requests while aligning urgency with long-term goals
- Champion product decisions supported by data, user insights, and sound reasoning
- Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to maintain strong, continuous feedback channels
- Contribute to the creation and direction of quarterly product roadmaps
- Develop efficient product workflows and processes that scale with organizational growth
