CYBEX Online Shop is seeking a Product Manager Wheeled Goods to lead the development and manage a complete product line within the 'Wheel Goods' category throughout its entire lifecycle. You will function as the category lead for strollers, coordinating between design, sales, marketing, research and development, quality, and purchasing.
What You'll Do
- Lead product development and manage a complete product line within the 'Wheel Goods' category throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Identify consumer requirements and specifications, then initiate, develop, and implement these requirements across the organization.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities through market research to identify opportunities.
- Function as the category lead for strollers, coordinating between design, sales, marketing, R&D, quality, purchasing, and other relevant areas.
- Monitor the commercial success of the product portfolio on the market and implement improvement measures.
- Continuously review the product line regarding sales volume, margin, quality, and market positioning.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in industrial design, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Manager in an international environment, preferably in consumer goods.
- A proven track record of managing a global product portfolio and a good understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of product development.
- The ability to handle ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- A very structured and analytical work approach combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluency in English.
