HighLevel is looking for a Product Manager - Social Planner to own the strategy and execution of our Social Planner product functionality. You will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and feature set for tools that help users plan and manage their social media content.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Social Planner functionality.
- Conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Measure product success through key metrics and iterate based on data and user feedback.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically with a focus on social media, marketing, or content planning tools.
- Strong ability to translate user needs and business goals into detailed product specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
