Teamified is looking for a Product Manager to join Forte, an education technology company. This hands-on role involves working directly with the Founder/CEO to manage daily product operations, lead sprints, ensure quality, and help shape the product roadmap. You will be instrumental in a fast-moving environment dedicated to building high-impact tech products.
What You'll Do
- Organise, run, and monitor daily product workstreams and agile sprints.
- Ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to manage timelines and remove blockers.
- Partner with the CEO to ensure quality standards across product releases.
- Lead testing cycles and QA processes.
- Prioritise bugs and issues and coordinate resolution with development.
- Collaborate with the CEO to define, prioritise, and maintain the product roadmap.
- Translate strategic goals into executable development plans.
- Provide realistic delivery estimates and ensure roadmap alignment with capacity.
- Oversee and support Forte’s Manila-based team.
- Track and manage team workflows, resourcing, and output.
- Act as a key communication bridge between the CEO and delivery teams.
- Work across departments; design, product, tech, and operations to ensure strong alignment.
- Lead effective stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Communicate status, risks, and progress clearly and proactively.
- Track sprint metrics, timelines, and performance indicators.
- Provide reports and feedback loops to the leadership team.
- Use data to inform planning and prioritisation decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in product management, project delivery, or a related role within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated success in owning and delivering complex product workflows and managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of agile development processes, sprint planning, backlog management, and QA workflows.
- Skilled in managing timelines, identifying blockers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership teams.
- Able to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Experience working with and/or leading remote teams.
- Confident managing team capacity, prioritising tasks, and driving accountability without micromanaging.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Able to work closely with the CEO to align roadmap and business goals, set realistic delivery expectations, and adjust plans as needed.
- Takes initiative, works independently, and stays focused in a remote-first environment.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities without heavy oversight.
- Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams.

Team & Environment
