Jobgether is looking for a Product Manager to join our Reconciliations Team. You will shape and drive the strategy for a high-impact reconciliation platform used in global payment operations. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on execution, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch while influencing P&L decisions.

What You'll Do

Define and communicate the long-term vision and product strategy for the reconciliation platform.
Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities to enhance the platform.
Manage product development from ideation through delivery and go-to-market launch.
Prioritize initiatives for the engineering team, balancing high-impact activities with continuous improvement.
Own the platform’s P&L, working closely with finance to drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Leadership, Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management to ensure alignment and impact.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of delivering impactful products.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, or other data tools.
Exceptional product sense and ability to create intuitive, high-value user experiences.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic, detail-oriented, and able to balance creativity with execution to solve complex problems.
Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

Experience building or managing analytics or data-driven products is highly desirable.
