Responsibilities
- Own feature development end-to-end: Drive features from initial concept through launch, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, feedback collection, and iteration
- Develop product requirements: Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, incorporating input from engineering, design, operations, and other business stakeholders
- Partner closely with engineering and design: Ensure smooth collaboration, unblock issues, and maintain development velocity throughout the product lifecycle
- Support launches and rollouts: Coordinate with operations, customer success, sales, revenue operations, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Contribute to product discovery: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization
- Build and analyze product metrics: Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support experimentation to improve product outcomes
- Work across the product roadmap: Contribute across multiple areas of the business, with the opportunity over time to develop ownership over a dedicated product area and engineering team
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a product management role, with experience working on complex product features alongside engineering and design teams
- Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative environment with shared ownership across teams and product areas
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency, preference for a background in SQL
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes
- Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineering teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to grow as an individual contributor (IC) product manager, taking on increasing ownership and scope over time
