Brand Boosting GmbH is looking for a Junior Product Manager (m/w/d) who bridges technology, design, and business. This role is designed for individuals passionate about digital products but who are not coding specialists. You will steer development teams, manage the product backlog, and ensure the product's vision and quality from conception to launch.

What You'll Do

Steer development teams in Scrum or Kanban processes, facilitating daily, refinement, planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
Create, prioritize, and manage User Stories & Epics within the Product Backlog.
Test and oversee quality assurance for implemented features, including organizing the go-live process.
Define the product vision using methods like Product Vision Statement and communicate goals to stakeholders.
Apply basics of Usability & UX-Design, develop prototypes, and collaborate with UX designers.
Monitor products, define relevant KPIs and metrics, and analyze data to measure success and identify issues.
