Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Product Manager, Horizontal Solutions to take ownership of a major digital product platform. In this role, you will lead product strategy and growth across Europe, translating market insights and client feedback into a compelling roadmap for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

Develop and direct product programs for a major product or category, from planning to execution.
Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify enhancements to product features.
Establish product strategies including direction, packaging, pricing, budgets, and future development.
Interface with engineering, design, independent software vendors, and customers to define product requirements.
Oversee product launches and updates, ensuring seamless execution and adoption across markets.
Build strong relationships with clients and partners to gather feedback, validate concepts, and support co-innovation.
Ensure compliance with relevant European regulations and implement platform capabilities accordingly.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successfully leading product initiatives.
Strong expertise in SaaS (Software as a Service) products, including understanding of SaaS business and pricing models.
Experience managing products and services for enterprise-level B2B clients.
Ability to maintain product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and support go-to-market strategies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams to build digital products.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Content Services Platforms or digital information management solutions.
Experience with European market regulations and compliance considerations.
