Hike is looking for a Product Manager (Gaming) to focus on the U.S. market. You will be responsible for creating compelling consumer tech experiences for American users, defining the product vision, developing roadmaps, and shipping impactful products from concept to launch.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product vision for your area, aligned with company goals.

- Build trust and safety features that resonate with U.S. users.
- Define and instrument key product metrics and KPIs.
- Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize features.
- Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Use cohort analysis to understand user segments and behaviors.
- Make data-informed decisions while considering qualitative insights.
- Drive continuous improvement through systematic experimentation.
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products.
- Partner with marketing on user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Align with customer support to address user pain points.
- Work with legal and compliance on regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of product management experience in consumer tech.
- Experience with mobile-first products and deep understanding of mobile UX patterns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping products from concept to launch with measurable impact.
- Understanding of trust-building mechanisms crucial for U.S. users.
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to make trade-offs in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with key product metrics — retention, engagement, conversion, and monetization.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Experience working in agile environments with distributed teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
