Tietoevry BankTech is looking for a Product Manager – Financial Crime Prevention (m/f/d) to join our team. You will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our Accounts Fraud Monitoring product, crafting advanced solutions for our banking clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align our offerings with client and market needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Fraud Prevention aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to bring products from concept to launch.
- Ensure Product Life Cycle Management and maintain product documentation.
- Define product positioning, segmentation, and differentiation; enable sales and customer success; contribute to customer meetings and RFP processes.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Advocate for user needs and ensure products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet high security standards.
- Work closely with the Product Owner for the Fraud Platform and other Fraud Prevention team members.
- Partner with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams for successful launches and ongoing satisfaction.
- Manage the product budget and track financial performance to ensure cost-effective development and ROI.
- Ensure all trust services products comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, banking, or related industries.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience in strategic product pricing, financial performance, cost calculation, and budgeting.
- Expertise in using Jira to define and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and track enhancements.
- Ability to simplify and present complex information clearly to various audiences.
- Strong pre-sale and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Knowledge of Fraud Prevention solutions.
- Knowledge of AI application in Transaction Monitoring and working methods.
- Experience from design-thinking and innovation processes.
