Teravision Technologies is hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive client value, revenue, and cost savings through strategic product initiatives. You will define product vision and strategy while leading cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients' stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive value, revenue, and cost savings.
- Analyze ROI, feasibility, cost, and impact of business initiatives to transform them into product development aligned with client strategies.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with clients' stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products meeting customer needs.
- Identify new opportunities within existing client relationships by collaborating with commercial, customer success, and C-level teams.
- Develop and present business cases and product roadmaps for clients.
- Lead UX/UI design tasks, provide direction and mentorship to a team of designers, ensuring software products meet industry trends and client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business analysis and transforming initiatives into functional requirements.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the digital product development lifecycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both with technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience collaborating on UX/UI design (not in a leadership role).
