Nava is looking for a Product Manager (Fed Health) to lead the vision and delivery of digital services that improve how government serves the public. You will define product strategy and work closely with government stakeholders, engineers, and designers to build impactful solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for federal health projects
- Translate user needs and policy requirements into clear product requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration
- Manage stakeholder communication and present product decisions
- Measure product success and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for complex digital products or services
- Background in government, healthcare, or highly regulated technology domains
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
- Strong skills in user research, data analysis, and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
