Octave is hiring a Product Manager – Employee & Employer Experience to shape a product that directly impacts people during important life moments. Join a mission-driven team at a Series B company to build and own critical, externally facing product surfaces.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver roadmap priorities for employer and employee-facing workflows.
- Use research, data, and experimentation to shape product decisions.
- Collaborate deeply with design and ops to ensure experiences are simple, accurate, and scalable.
- Balance the needs of multiple user types: employees, HR admins, managers, and more.
- Tackle ambiguous, complex problem areas and work across teams to find elegant solutions.
- Shape a product that directly impacts people during some of the most important moments of their lives.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of PM experience in B2B2C or operational SaaS.
- Passionate about crafting intuitive workflows and reducing friction in regulated spaces.
- Data-literate: you ask the right questions, run or spec analyses, and measure outcomes.
- Comfortable driving initiatives with limited precedent or guidance.
- Clear communicator and systems thinker.
Team & Environment
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams. You will join a diverse, highly talented, supportive, hardworking, collaborative, smart, and humble team at a key inflection point post-Series B.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $117,000-$145,000
