OnePay is hiring a Product Manager for Credit Building to create the next generation of credit-building products. You will translate complex financial systems into simple, trusted experiences by working cross-functionally and owning a product critical to customer impact and company growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end development of new credit-building products, from ideation and requirements definition through build and launch.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Navigate complex credit, financial, and regulatory structures to create innovative, simple solutions.
- Operate as an execution-focused PM, driving clarity from ambiguity and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Build a deep understanding of consumer needs to guide product and go-to-market decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of product management experience.
- Direct experience in consumer fintech products.
- Strong technical aptitude—able to engage with financial product "guts" like credit bureau reporting.
- Proven track record of shipping complex financial and/or regulatory-heavy products.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance functions.
- Ability to manage trade-offs and make progress amid ambiguity, with a bias for action.
- Empathy for consumers building or repairing their credit and a passion for creating meaningful financial outcomes.
- Drive and proactivity.
Nice to Have
- Experience in credit-building, lending, or card products strongly preferred.
