Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate or enhance operational workflows to improve service delivery and create measurable advantages.
- Develop and present a clear, persuasive business case that outlines the product's strategic value.
- Convert organizational goals into a prioritized product roadmap, making key decisions on feature development and sequencing.
- Partner with internal technology teams and external collaborators to ensure smooth product launches and incorporate user feedback into future planning.
- Maintain focus on both long-term objectives and immediate outcomes, demonstrating strong market judgment and leadership integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
- Engage with business units and operations to uncover manual tasks and inefficiencies suitable for automation.
- Conduct proof-of-concept tests and pilot programs to evaluate the practicality of new ideas before full-scale development.
- Collaborate with user experience and engineering teams to design and implement automated systems and integrations.
- Serve as a liaison between product and engineering by clearly defining and communicating technical specifications.
- Manage deployment efforts across multiple groups and external entities to ensure successful implementation and uptake.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of automation tools that optimize document and communication workflows for legal professionals.
- Oversee the integration of automated features from the primary platform into case management systems used by supported teams.
- Build and release solutions that minimize manual work in high-volume operational tasks.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to measure efficiency improvements and user adoption, using data to inform product iterations.
