Responsibilities
- Own and manage the long-term product roadmap, backlog, and quarterly delivery of features, while shaping the strategic direction for both cloud-based and on-premises authorization solutions.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into product workflows to enhance research, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and collaboration across teams.
- Collect insights from customers, prospects, partners, and market data to identify use cases, technical requirements, and unmet needs, serving as a technical authority on customer scenarios.
- Contribute detailed input during product planning cycles to guide feature priorities and communicate clear direction to engineering teams.
- Define technical specifications and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver refined, market-ready features that address real-world needs.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities that influence product evolution.
- Develop deep expertise in authorization technologies and products, promoting broader understanding and adoption across internal teams and external stakeholders.
