Arista Networks is hiring an Associate Account Manager

About the Role

The Associate Account Manager plays a key role in advancing sales initiatives across the Pacific NW region by generating new leads and expanding the sales pipeline for enterprise customers. This position actively engages with decision-makers through targeted outreach, presenting Arista’s technology value to secure meetings and open new opportunities.

What You'll Do

You'll lead outbound campaigns to identify and connect with key stakeholders, supporting Field Account Managers in securing new business. You’ll promote Arista’s Software-Driven Data Center, Cloud Networking, and SD-WAN solutions to large enterprises, coordinating with technical and executive teams to align resources with customer goals. A strong focus will be placed on driving attendance at marketing events, supporting event planning, and tracking engagement metrics.

In addition, you’ll provide essential sales operations support—assisting with quotes, order processing, and resolving billing inquiries. You’ll stay current on partner technologies and competitive offerings, while participating in sales training and shadowing senior team members to prepare for advancement into a Field Territory Account Manager role.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to support internal sales functions including pipeline development, lead generation, and field marketing coordination
  • Experience collaborating with Sales Leadership and Account Managers in a regional sales environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in sales operations and customer follow-up
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in selling data center networking or cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Technical understanding of networking platforms and enterprise IT environments
