Base.com is looking for a Product Manager - Allegro Ecosystem to develop a product roadmap that addresses the specific needs of Polish sellers and maximizes the platform's potential. You will join a fast-growing e-commerce platform that has grown 15x in the last 3 years, operating in a culture that values real impact and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Create and lead the product roadmap, developing a plan that responds to the specific needs of Polish sellers and maximizes the potential of the Allegro platform.
- Gather and represent the user voice through regular customer conversations, data analysis, and close collaboration with the team to understand the realities of operating on Allegro.
- Analyze the market and competition by constantly tracking changes on Allegro and trends in Polish e-commerce, identifying new development opportunities and potential risks.
- Define development directions by preparing high-level requirements and business justifications for new initiatives, in close cooperation with the Product Owner and project team.
What We're Looking For
- Documented experience in the Product Manager role, preferably in the B2B SaaS segment, with completed projects and measurable results.
- Deep knowledge of the Allegro platform, confirmed by years of practice as a seller, e-commerce manager, or co-creator of tools for Allegro users.
- Engagement in market specifics, including the ability to conduct advanced discussions on pricing strategies, Allegro Ads campaign optimization, or the use of the Smart! program.
- Very good understanding of Polish e-commerce, including the competitive dynamics between Allegro, Amazon, and local players.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex challenges and needs into a clear action plan backed by solid business justification.
- Deep understanding of the principles and capabilities of the Allegro API.
