About the Role

NVIDIA is seeking a Product Manager for its AI Accelerator team to drive strategic growth and product excellence. You will build deep customer partnerships, translate technical requirements into product strategy, and collaborate with leading AI companies globally to guide the product roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer executives and technical leaders.
  • Conduct assessments of customer AI initiatives and translate needs into actionable product insights.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate business value.
  • Work with strategic customers to understand innovative AI workloads and identify gaps in current offerings.
  • Establish systematic processes to capture implementation insights and solution patterns.
  • Collaborate with DGXC product and engineering teams to ensure customer insights drive product evolution.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for new product features.
  • Develop business strategy for team growth, identifying new market opportunities and use cases.
  • Create frameworks to leverage customer engagements for expanded impact across markets.
  • Ensure internal alignment across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
  • Drive scalable approaches that improve both individual customer value and broader market impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, business development, strategic partnerships, or customer success leadership.
  • BS or higher in CS, EE, CE, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record developing executive-level customer relationships.
  • Skilled at interpreting AI/ML concepts and translating customer needs into product features.
  • Experience in developing business strategies and identifying market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience working with engineering, sales, and support teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using customer data to drive product and business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate discussions with both internal teams and customer executives.

Nice to Have

  • AI/ML industry knowledge including market trends and customer challenges.
  • Cloud platform familiarity and understanding of enterprise AI infrastructure.
  • Enterprise software experience working with complex technical products and enterprise customers.
  • Strategic consulting background with experience developing market expansion plans.
  • NVIDIA ecosystem knowledge including DGX Cloud and related products.
  • Technical writing skills with ability to create documentation and requirements specifications.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with DGXC product and engineering teams. Success requires ensuring internal alignment across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support functions.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $208,000 USD - $327,750 USD + equity
  • Equity eligibility
