Oura is hiring a Product Manager, Activity to shape the future of movement and activity within our health platform. You will define the vision and lead the development of tracking algorithms and workout features that help users understand their health.
What You'll Do
- Co-create a long-term vision for activity tracking, including algorithms and new UX experiences for the workout moment.
- Collaborate with scientists and designers to translate innovative research into user-friendly consumer features.
- Work with the hardware product team to define new sensor needs and opportunities to leverage existing sensors.
- Work with developers to prototype, launch, and iterate on features that help users monitor their health.
- Support the translation of product strategy into clear requirements, acting as a liaison between leadership and your team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders across the organization to ensure transparency.
- Partner with marketing teams to define strategies for launching new features.
- Analyze data with data scientists to assess feature success and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in consumer app product management, including defining, building and scaling new features.
- Experience working with data science, AI, or ML principles and their application in product development.
- Familiarity working with hardware and firmware teams to deliver connected software experiences.
- Strong business orientation, cross-functional approach, and communication skills to accelerate development and connect product strategy to business impact.
- Experience building iteratively, applying analytical rigor and using data to inform product decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Consumer health technology experience is a plus.

- Compensation: Region 1 $142,000 - $178,000; Region 2 $130,000 - $163,000; Region 3 $120,000 - $150,000.
