We are looking for a Product Manager – Dry Pumps – VSS to develop scalable offerings and ensure alignment with market needs. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer centers to support commercial growth and keep our service offerings competitive.
What You'll Do
- Assist in developing and maintaining global service product roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
- Support the execution of service strategy, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans for service offerings, upgrades, and new products.
- Contribute to reference pricing and value-based pricing initiatives to maximize profitability and customer value.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure pricing models reflect market dynamics.
- Track and report on service product performance, including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify performance trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities using data-driven analysis.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and validate market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer and market insights to support service product development.
- Partner with regional service and customer care teams to understand local performance and develop tailored growth initiatives.
- Support initiatives to increase market share and profitability through targeted service enhancements.
- Provide input into business cases for new service products and upgrades.
- Own delivery of service product management deliverables within the NPI process, ensuring readiness across functions.
- Work closely with new sales, marketing, engineering, technical support, and supply chain for seamless implementation of service product changes.
- Support operational readiness and training for new or updated service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or commercial role within a high-technology industry, ideally linked to semiconductor or service product environments.
- Experience supporting sales or customer-engagement activities, with a strong ability to translate product benefits into clear commercial value.
- A proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize information from multiple sources to support decision-making and shape product direction.
- Ability to communicate confidently across cultures, explain business concepts clearly, and build strong working relationships in a global environment.
- Competence in MS Office and confidence using digital communication tools to create clear, compelling messaging.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience within the semiconductor industry or a global service organization.
- Experience shaping or managing product roadmaps, particularly for technologies such as dry pumps.
