Yopeso Romania SRL is hiring a Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and drive initiatives that support market needs and company objectives within a culture that values authenticity, curiosity, and ambition.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision and long-term strategy aligned with market trends and business goals.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and successful launches.
- Evaluate and prioritize product features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Build and maintain an actionable product roadmap.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
- Track product performance using metrics and KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize user experience and drive growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Experience working with agile methodologies.
